Nathan Andrews

Partner, Deloitte

Nathan advises corporate tax executives and their teams on operating model design, data management, tax process automation and technology integration. As a partner with Deloitte, he has worked across multiple industries and countries during his twenty-five years with the firm. In addition to his client responsibilities, Nathan is the U.S. leader of Deloitte’s Business Tax Services service line and was Global and U.S. Service Line Leader of Deloitte’s Tax Management Consulting practice. He serves on Deloitte’s U.S. Tax Executive and Global Digital Executive. Nathan has been a featured speaker for organizations including Tax Executive Institute, Financial Executives International, the American Taxation Association, the Tax Council, the IRS Financial Services Industry Group, International Council on Mining & Metals and the National Retail Federation. He has authored articles on tax transformation for publications including the Wall Street Journal and Tax Executive Magazine and served as a member of the IRS working committees on IFRS tax matters and electronic filing.
Nathan is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Masters of Accounting and BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serves on the Board of Advisors for Kenan-Flagler Business School. Nathan and his family live in North Carolina.
